East Bay Girls High School Prep Flag Football Camp (Ages 12–17)

Get ready for high school flag football!
This 3‑day camp is designed specifically for girls looking to sharpen their skills, boost confidence, and prepare for competitive high school play. Whether you're brand new or already playing, East Bay’s experienced coaching staff will guide you through the drills, game knowledge, and mental preparation needed to step on the field ready to compete.

Campers will:

  • Master key skills: route running, flag pulling, defensive coverage, quarterback mechanics, and offensive strategy.
  • Build athleticism: agility, footwork, speed, and conditioning tailored for flag football.
  • Learn the high school game: formations, terminology, and situational awareness to help players transition smoothly into high school programs.
  • Compete daily: full-field scrimmages every day to put training into action and build real game confidence.
  • Train with positive role models: East Bay coaches create an inclusive, energetic, and supportive environment for female athletes to thrive.

Camp Details:

  • Who: Girls ages 12–17 (entering 7th through 12th grade)
  • Format: 3 days of structured drills, training sessions, chalk talks, and scrimmages
  • Location: Oakland Intl. High School Soccer Field
  • Equipment: Athletic gear, cleats or turf shoes, water; flags provided

EAST BAY Flag Football GIRLS PROGRAMS

Our training programs  give girls the opportunity to be pioneers in the fastest growing sport in America. California High Schools have now included girls flag football as an official sport, and the Olympics will include it in the 2028 Summer Games. EBFF’s training is the best choice for players looking to compete in these new forums. Our programs provide players a sound base in all aspects of non-contact football, including connecting and building teams with exciting choices to compete at the highest level of the sport.
